2. We have seen 普通 before in 普通话. In the sentence 听起来很普通 the speaker is stating that what she’s hearing sounds normal, and not very special.

3. 再来 is a new conjunction that hasn’t been used before.

4. We introduced the 的话 construction previously. Here we saw 如果是我的话 which roughly means “If I was in this situation.”

5. 打球 can be used to say “play sports” in general.

6. 玩 is used a lot more liberally in Chinese than it is in English as shown in: 所以你可以带她去海边玩水. Also in this sentence you can see the construction 带 X 去 Y.
