Raphael: 喔，是 家里 的家，跟 事情 的事.

Kirin: 喔, 家里的事情. 很有趣! 比如说有哪些?

Raphael: 有很多.

Kirin: 所以呢?

Raphael: 比如说 洗碗，洗衣服，煮饭…等等.

Kirin: 嗯, 平常都是女生在做家事.

Raphael: 对，男生要当好老公，就一定要帮女生做家事.

Kirin: 没错. 你可以给我介绍像这种会做家事的好男人吗?

Raphael: 这里就有一个啊!

Kirin: 谁啊?

Raphael: 我啊!

Kirin: 认真一点好不好?

Raphael: 好.

Kirin: 所以我们还有哪些家事呢?

Raphael: 第一个是 扫地.

Adam: The literal meaning of these two characters is “sweep ground.” And that’s what is used to say “sweep the floor.”

Kirin: 扫地.

Raphael: 我们还可以扫什么?

Kirin: 扫厕所.

Raphael: 好. 现在如果你要用水，你不会用扫的，你会怎么用?

Adam: And here we have the verb “to wipe”

Adam: And here we have the word for “window.”

Adam: “Wipe the tables.”

Adam: “Wipe the mirrors.”

Kirin: 擦杯子.

Adam: “Wipe the cups.”

Kirin: 擦脸.

Raphael: 那不是家事.

Kirin: 喔，对不起.

Raphael: 好，让我们複习一下我们今天教你们全部的家事

Kirin: 洗碗.

Adam: “Wash dishes.” Note how they use “wash bowls” in Chinese.

Kirin: 洗衣服.

Adam: “Wash clothes.”

Kirin: 煮饭.

Adam: “Cook.”

Kirin: 扫地.

Adam: “Sweep the floor.”

Kirin: 扫厕所.

Adam: “Clean the bathroom.”

Kirin: 拖地.

Adam: “Mop the floor.”

Kirin: 擦窗户.

Adam: “Wipe the windows.”

Kirin: 擦桌子.

Adam: “Wipe the tables.”

Kirin: 擦镜子.

Adam: “Wipe the mirrors.”

Kirin: 擦杯子.

Adam: “Wipe the cups.”

Raphael: 哇, 女人每天都要做这么多的家事，她们真的很辛苦.

Kirin: 她们真的什么?

Raphael: 我们今天的最后一个生字是

Kirin: 辛苦.

Adam: And that’s the verb “to be exhausted.”

Kirin: 辛苦.

Kirin: 所以回家的时候，老公看到老婆，或是小孩看到妈妈在做家事的时候，你们可以说 “太太，辛苦妳了!” 或是 “妈妈，辛苦妳了!”
